For Porters Neck homes, we offer weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning after a first deep clean. Visits follow the checklist we write with you and cost a flat price by home size.
A deep clean starts with a 15 to 20 minute walk-through. We record the priorities for each room, what to leave alone, fragile items, product preferences and allergies, pets and access details.
The written checklist is used on later recurring visits so the plan follows your preferences.
Pick a weekly, biweekly or monthly rhythm
Recurring cleaning is available weekly, every two weeks or monthly after the first deep clean. The same cleaner returns each time.
Each visit follows your checklist, and the card on file is charged after the visit.
Know the visit price in advance
Prices are flat by home size. For a 3 bedroom home, the deep clean is $300; a biweekly visit after it is $165.
The first visit is priced as a deep clean. Add-ons such as inside the oven, inside the refrigerator and interior windows are priced separately.
Services for Porters Neck
Biweekly cleaning
A visit every two weeks, built on a first deep clean. We recommend it for most homes: it keeps the house close to clean at a lower price per visit than monthly.
The first clean for a new client, and the clean to book when a home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while. It takes more time than a standard visit, so it costs more.
