Estimates and bookings

An estimate shown by the form is based on the details you enter. It is an initial price range, not a final quote or a reservation. We review the home size, condition, service details and requested date, then confirm the scope, price and availability with you. A cleaning is booked only after you and Modus Cleaning agree on those details.

Prices published on the site are starting prices for the listed home sizes and services. Add-ons, unusual conditions or work outside the listed scope may change the quote. We will explain any change before the service is scheduled.

Using the website

Provide information that is accurate enough for us to respond to your request. Do not use the form to submit false information, automated spam or information you do not have permission to share. We may limit requests that appear automated or abusive.

Text messages

The quote form may include an optional, unchecked text-message consent box. At present, submitting the form sends email confirmation and does not send a text message. If you choose to provide consent, the form records the choice with your request. Consent is not a condition of requesting or buying a service.

The consent wording shown on the form is: “I agree to receive text messages from Modus Cleaning at this mobile number about my quote and my appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.”

Changes and availability

We may update the website, its prices or these terms as the service changes. The information on this site is provided for planning a cleaning request; only the scope and price confirmed directly with you apply to a specific job. The site or quote form may be unavailable from time to time.
