Where do you clean?

Wilmington and the towns around it: Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Porters Neck, Ogden, Hampstead, Leland, Carolina Beach, Surf City, Topsail Beach, North Topsail Beach. Surf City, Topsail Beach and North Topsail Beach are also available for vacation rental turnovers.

How is the price set?

Every price is a flat price for the job and the size of your home. We never bill by the hour, so you know the number before we start. A deep clean, a one-time clean, a move-out clean and a vacation rental turnover each have their own price for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Post-construction cleaning is quoted by the square foot after a walk-through or photos.

What do I get after a visit?

A photo report of the rooms we cleaned. For a home it shows your checklist checked off and photos of the finished rooms. For a vacation rental it also lists anything damaged or missing, anything guests left behind, and what needs restocking.

Do you need a card on file?

Yes. We keep a card on file for every booking and charge it after the visit, never before. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, we charge a $50 cancellation fee, because a late cancellation leaves a gap in the day we can't fill.
