Information in a quote request

The quote form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, service, bedroom and bathroom counts, approximate square footage when available, pets, home condition, ZIP code and preferred date. It can also record how you heard about us, a referral code, the page or campaign that brought you here, and whether you checked the optional text-message consent box. Please do not include access codes or other sensitive details in the form.

How we use and share that information

We use quote details to calculate an estimate, respond to your request, confirm scope and availability, and arrange service if you choose to proceed. A request is sent to our business email, and the email address you provide receives an estimate confirmation. We also save quote details to a private Google Sheet we use to track requests. The website does not keep a customer account or a searchable application database.

Email, hosting, network and security providers may process information as needed to deliver messages, operate this site and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal information or use your quote request to add you to unrelated marketing messages.

Site and security information

The quote endpoint uses the request IP address for a temporary, in-memory rate limit. The hosting provider may also keep ordinary request logs, such as IP address, browser details and timestamps, for site operation and security. We use a hidden form field and request limits to reduce automated submissions.

Optional text-message consent

The quote form may show an optional, unchecked consent box with this wording: “I agree to receive text messages from Modus Cleaning at this mobile number about my quote and my appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.” Checking the box records the consent wording and version with the quote request. The quote form currently sends email confirmations and does not send text messages. Consent is optional and is not required to request or buy a cleaning service.

Retention and your choices

Quote information is kept in the business email and, if enabled, the lead Sheet while it is useful to respond to requests and keep business records. You may ask us to correct or delete information by emailing cleaning@moduslabs.app. We may retain records when needed to resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations.
