Who cleans your home
Modus Cleaning is Jack Redmond. I do every clean myself, from the walk-through to the photo report, so the person you meet at the first visit is the person who comes back.
I started with Sunset Sound, a vacation rental near Topsail Island that I've turned over between guests for months. The turnover checklist on this site comes from that work: every bed, the kitchen reset and the restock list. Home clients get the same discipline, built on a checklist we write together at the first visit.
