The more often we come, the less there is to clean each time, so the price per visit drops. For a 3 bedroom home, biweekly is $45 less per visit than a one-time clean.

Every plan starts with a deep clean at its own price, from $220 for a 2 bedroom home and up to $400 for a 4 bedroom home. The plan price applies from the second visit, unless you arrange the three-month offer below. Not ready for a plan? A one-time clean is $170 and up.

Not part of the plan price

The first visit at the biweekly price. The first visit is a deep clean.

Commit to three months, and the first deep clean costs a regular visit

Book six biweekly visits and your first deep clean is billed at the biweekly price. For a 3 bedroom home, that is $165 instead of $300, a saving of $135.

If you cancel before the sixth visit, we bill the difference between the deep clean and the biweekly price ($135 for a 3 bedroom). We put the terms in writing before your first visit.

Which plan should I pick?

We recommend biweekly for most homes. Weekly costs less per visit ($150 for a 3 bedroom home, against $165 biweekly), and monthly costs more per visit ($200), because a month of buildup is more work.

Does my first visit cost the plan price?

No. Every plan starts with a deep clean, billed at the deep clean price. After that, visits are billed at the plan price.

Will the same person clean every time?

Yes. The same cleaner returns for every recurring visit, following the checklist we wrote with you.

How do I pay?

With the card we keep on file, charged after each visit. A cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice carries a $50 fee.
