What the deep clean covers
The first clean for a new client, and the clean to book when a home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while. It takes more time than a standard visit, so it costs more.

- A 15 to 20 minute walk through your home before we start, where we write down your priorities in each room, what to leave alone, fragile items, product preferences and allergies, pets and access details
- Your written checklist, which every later visit follows
- Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned top to bottom, including the stovetop, shower glass and grout
- Baseboards, door frames, light switches and ceiling fan blades wiped down
- Bedrooms and living areas cleaned to your checklist
- We bring all supplies, including a HEPA-filter vacuum and eco-friendly products
- A photo report of the finished rooms after the visit

Price by home size
A home that hasn't been professionally cleaned takes one and a half to two times the hours of a regular visit. A deep clean is priced for that, which is why it is the first visit of every plan. For a 3 bedroom home it is $300, and a biweekly visit after it is $165.
The price is flat for your home size. Pets add up to 10% and heavy buildup up to 35%, so the quote form asks about both.

What happens before the cleaning starts?

Can I start a recurring plan without a deep clean?
No. The first visit takes the longest, so it has its own price. Every visit after it starts from a clean baseline, which is why plan visits cost less.
What costs extra?
Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator are $35 each, kitchen cabinet interiors $45, interior windows $6 per window and carpet spot treatment $25 per area. Baseboards are included in a deep clean. Ask for any add-on on your quote.
