Move-out and move-in cleaning is $275 for a 2 bedroom home, $375 for a 3 bedroom and $475 for a 4 bedroom. Interior windows and carpet spot treatment are add-ons.

They are the same job at the same price: an empty home, cleaned top to bottom. Buyers book a move-in clean to have the house clean before they unpack, and landlords and agents book a move-out clean to get a home ready to show.

How do you price a post-construction clean?

By the square foot, after we see the home. A final clean runs $0.25 to $0.45 per square foot, and the number depends on what we find at the walk-through. We don't give a flat price for a new build we haven't seen, because the condition varies too much.

What do you need from me to quote it?

Photos of the home or a walk-through, plus the approximate square footage. Either one lets us price from what the home looks like, not from a guess.
