What a one-time clean covers

A single standard clean with no plan attached. It costs more per visit than a plan because there's more to catch up on each time.

Why does the first clean cost more than my regular visits?

A home that hasn't been professionally cleaned takes one and a half to two times the hours of a regular visit, so the first clean is a deep clean at its own price. For a 3 bedroom home that is $300, compared with $165 for a biweekly visit after it.

Is a one-time clean cheaper than a plan?

No. A one-time standard clean for a 3 bedroom home is $210, and a biweekly visit is $165. A one-time clean costs more per visit because there is no schedule to build on.

What if you miss something?

Do pets change the price?

They can. Pets add up to 10%, and heavy buildup up to 35%, because both take more time. The quote form asks about them, so the range you see already includes it. We add the time rather than rush your home. Tell us about your pets and how we get in, and we write both into your checklist.
