What the turnover includes
We collect towels and bath mats, check them for stains, strip the beds, check quilts and pillow protectors, and make the beds.
The kitchen reset includes the refrigerator, counters, oven, microwave, coffee bar, sinks and dish rack. We empty the dishwasher, clean and reline garbage cans, and refill soap as directed.
We set the table for arriving guests, place fresh towels, follow your lighting and arrival notes, and handle the action items you leave for the cleaner.
Pricing a turnover on the island
Turnovers are flat by bedroom count: $110 for 2 bedrooms, $150 for 3, and $200 for 4. Linen service is priced per bed; hot tub work and deep restocking are extra.
Hosts can arrange a deep clean between seasons and share the property setup before a turnover date.
